As an experienced corporate financier Mark has been involved in the full range of lead advisory projects. Mark has exceptional man-management and leadership skills and is the driving force behind the corporate strategy and vision.

As Managing Partner, Mark has specific responsibility for coordinating the professional team on transactions to ensure that all deals run smoothly. In addition, as an experienced commercial sales and corporate development professional, Mark has an overview of all transactions to ensure that each client's business is being "up sold" to a potential purchaser in order to achieve the maximum possible price at the first offer stage.

Mark has worked on acquisition and disposal transactions ranging from heavy engineering to biotechnology, manufacturing, travel, software, security, event management, construction, renewable energy, telecoms and information technology.
