Brian started his career as a Development Chemist, and developed through Technical Management, into Senior Management with an international organisation. Brian has held MD positions in both publicly and privately owned business. This senior level experience is invaluable to Solution clients.

Brian has worked in industries as diverse as Flexible Packaging, Lubricants, Detergents, and Printing. Brian has provided strategic corporate development advice to owner managers within sectors as varied as, Transport, Media, Manufacture, Distribution and Importing/Export.

Brian has extensive experience of M&A transaction excellence having acting as corporate finance lead advisor on many business sales for owner-managers and corporate clients in sectors as diverse as Precision Engineering, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Plant Hire, Catering, Maintenance, Transport, and IT.
