Kate started her career in the construction industry after qualifying as a Building Surveyor. Kate specialised in facilities management, project management and co-ordination within private practice and for large building contractors such as The Morrison Group plc.

Kate has been involved with a wide variety of projects, contracts and clients, from not-for-profit organisations to market leading blue chip companies within the retail, leisure and pharmaceutical industries.

Contracts that Kate has project managed include:

• Dilapidation surveys for Boots plc.
• Refurbishment of Nottingham University Student Accommodation.
• Refurbishment of AstraZeneca UK headquarters.
• Whitbread maintenance contract.
• Scottish & Newcastle maintenance contract.
• Greenhalls maintenance contract.

Kate joined Solution as the Transaction Support Manager where her organisation, co-ordination, negotiation and problem identification and resolution skills are key to the smooth running and successful completion of transactions for clients.
